Project Ice Cake!

We’re constantly looking for ways to provide our patrons with a fresh, but familiar experience. Grandma Shigalicious has got to give it her seal of approval, and Kyle has got to think it’s cool. So what’s Project Ice Cake?

We love the simple form of a dixie cup filled with frozen syrup. It’s old school fun, but we wanted to make it new by adding in another flavor, then giving it that “gobstopper effect” with a center that provides a totally different taste experience.

Our first effort is a strawberry ice cake with a vanilla star frozen into the top! Try it out now! It’s on special for 75cents!

Shiga’licious Shirts Now Available!

How we make the Ice Cream, Azuki Bean, and Mochi Ball Shave Ice!

We like to add our condiments to the bottom of our Shave Ice, then build everything on top!  That way, not only do you get less “condiment avalanches” you get everything marinated in whichever syrups you chose!  That’s the best part!
